Dedicated to my cousin, Johnny, who I miss. Sorry kid, I haven't watched enough anime to keep up with you.

Woop woop! We went to the mountains today, and it was pretty darn beautiful. My family likes hiking and nature, so we headed to Mt. Rainier for most of the day. Seattle has blessed us with great weather so far, so we enjoyed the sun. We headed to Paradise, a popular area of the park. I am really used to driving to a parking lot at a nearby park in the East Coast and walking along 1 of the 5 trails offered. It's so weird to me that once you arrive at a park, you're not really there, because you need to drive an extra 30-60 minutes to get to hikeable or popular areas. It's pretty amazing how gigantic parks are here. I'm sure the East Coast has beautiful areas too, but I've never been to anything like this. It was also cool to see lush green trees and lil wildflowers on one side and slippery snow and gravel on the other. A literal, stark color difference. Also enjoy the last picture of my mom and dad - little did you know that they were arguing about who was leaning on who, stop huting my back, and then I told them to smile. #fabrication

~Hey hey! *clap* Ho ho! *clap* Today was long and e-ventful!~ (x3) Before we get started, enjoy more fun pictures of my brother and me. We have definitely been a power duo since day 1 (which unfortunately may not be a shared belief). Behold the drip. This morning, my cousin, Naomi, flew in from California to hang with us. Before she came, I enjoyed an almond croissant and a salted caramel coffee I got the day before (which I refrigerated... I am sanitary). It was fine and swell and it was good to see her. I don't think I've seen Naomi in person since Christmas? After some chit chat, we dipped to an outlet and shopped for a little bit.
Today I met up with an old friend for dinner. Here's a view of the pier that was tainted by her. #livelovecid But before I dive into that, I wanted to talk a little bit more about the seminar. Today was the last day. In a way I was relieved that it was almost over, as the seminar was a bit overwhelming and tiring for me. But I also wanted to take in as much as I could and see what God had planned. Here are 2 things I got out of today and this whole experience:
