We're not quite done yet! To complete the holy 6, I thought I would add a little tidbit about myself, despite being the author and knowing myself the best. Yay! I would also like to mention that the selfie on the right is actually one of me right now in the parking lot near my new host's home. The wifi is not very good and my signal is best when I walk to the nearby restaurant and use theirs, so here I am. Heh. Presenting, ~Morally marvelous Minhee~ Whatever that means... Minhee is one who has been enjoying travel a lot. She now understands why traveling becomes so addictive to many people. She also sees how traveling is a privilege, as many people do not have the time or money to travel and see the world. Minhee wishes that it was more common, affordable, and encouraged to study abroad in people's younger years. She hopes to travel more in the future solo, with friends or family, and maybe lead other hesitant young people to do the same. Minhee met Minhee when she was born. Minhee is also an ESFJ. Drip or drown? Mmm, I think that's for you to decide. Yay yay! Today marked the beginning of the second week of classes. After learning software and vacationing last week, we now begin a full-fledged project! Our task was to take Celnat oatmeal or granola/cereal and create display packaging. I can go into more details later, but we essentially had to make packaging that would accommodate both easy shipping and shelving. I was actually able to construct a first draft of my prototype thanks to the help of my fellow students, ESEPAC students, and the machinery at the school. Although it has its flaws, I'm very proud of the work I've done. I wish I had more of this learning at my school in the States. Dommage. After many hours of work and fun, I had lunch! My host this week is Gwen and she was sweet enough to make Sophia (who is also staying with Gwen) and me pasta! It was quite yummy. Good job Gwen! After a long day of class, I was driven back to Gwen's and enjoyed some beautiful pictures of the mountains nearby. Enjoy~ Lastly, Gwen and her housemate treated us to raclette! As you can see, you essentially melt yummy cheese and pour it over anything. We had potatoes and charcuterie. It was delicious, but also too filling in a way. The French love their cheese!
Today was honestly an exhausting day. I didn't get much sleep last night (my fault). But I also forget that I have been in France for literally 2 weeks. Traveling is not an easy feat - you are always on your feet. I have been traveling to many cities this past week and sitting in a car can be so tiring. It's around 10:30PM here and I am sooo thankful I can actually get in a decent amount of sleep tonight. I love being busy and hanging out with my friends, but I need a break too! Thanks for tuning in! Til tomorrow.
